What video formats and codecs do you support?

We support RTMP and SRT ingest with a wide range of input formats. Output is delivered via HLS adaptive bitrate streaming in up to 1080p, with smart quality optimization for every viewer's connection. For video uploads we accept supports nearly all modern video containers and codecs for ingestion, including MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and WebM with H.264, H.265, VP8, and VP9 codecs.

What if my stream goes over 90 minutes by just a few minutes?

After the first 90 minutes, we bill in 15-minute blocks -- so you only pay for the extra time you actually use. We never interrupt an active stream.

What if my event starts late?

You're only charged for actual streaming time, not scheduled time. If your event starts 20 minutes late, you only pay from when the stream actually begins.
